Before establishing a solar power plant and along with it, we need a proper infrastructure for a proper start and its maintenance. With the start of the project, there is a need for a strong foundation that can stand the whole solar panel rack. Then comes the protection of equipment like inverters and batteries, so we require a power room. All this includes a lot of civil work.

To provide a complete solution to our customers, we provide all these facilities under one roof.

Power Room:

A solar energy power plant is incomplete without a power room or control room, whether small or large scale.

Any site of the solar energy power plant cannot be managed efficiently without a sustainable and dependable power room or control room. Solar equipment empowers the solar power plant. It counts solar inverters, batteries, and other precious and necessary machines that run the solar power plant.

We understand this need for safe and specifically constructed power or control. Thus, along with solar power services, we provide modular and explicitly designed power or control room construction service to our clients.

Installing a solar panel system is not enough to conserve the sun's energy. We require a complete energy conservation system which is composed of sensitive machines. These types of machinery just cannot be left in an open area because they cannot bear adverse weather conditions.

When it comes to commercial sites of solar power plants, we construct power rooms using prefabricated technologies. It gives us ease and speed in installation. Also, they are pocket-friendly for the clients.

We customize and pre-engineer power rooms with PUF insulated panels. There are also some finishing choices we give to our clients, such as PPG, ACP, SS, etc.

We construct power rooms with different size walls and lightweight panels. We also include a false floor suit for cables to pass through.

Our power rooms are equipped with exhaust fans, a fire and smoke detector, and exhausting fire tools. Our team specially design power rooms for harsh weather conditions.

Foundations:

Installing a whole solar energy system is too far-thinking; we cannot even imagine installing a single solar panel without a solid and dependable foundation. And we understand it very well.

As we provide complete solar energy solutions, we do offer services to foundations of solar panel installation.

Commonly, four primary types of foundations are used. Driven piles foundation, helical piles foundation, earth-screws foundation, and ballast foundation.

Each foundation type is used for different reasons in solar energy plant installation.

To specify, driven pile or driven beam foundation are the best fit for ground-mounted solar panels. The support beams are made of steel that must be driven into the ground up to a fixed depth. The size of the beams is determined as per the condition of the site and the configuration of the panel system.

The helical pile foundation is considered the most dependable and long-lasting solar panel foundation. It is due to the features such as ideal compression and tension.

The ballast foundation is an artificial foundation that holds the panels in a perfect place. This foundation is often used for commercial solar energy installation where ground driving of piles is not allowed.

The Earth screw foundation is a steel thread created in a large screw that has corrosion-resistant properties. They are installed after drilling holes into the land and pouring concrete around them. It is an optimal solution to install solar panels systems on land with clay, dense sand, and land which do not provide good soil cohesiveness.

Civil Works:

A solar power plant establishment work cannot be started without some essential civil works. Especially when it comes to commercial solar power plant installation over a large area of land.

Ground-mounted solar power installation has a lot of civil work such as construction perfect foundation, power of control room construction, and installing the mounting structure.

In addition to the foundation and power room construction work, there is a lot more civil work. It includes inspection of the site where the solar plant has to be established, designing civil and steel structural work, fabricating and installing the module mounting structures, levelling of land, RCC cable, and water drainage system, providing pipeline network with necessary control panel, pipeline, taps, flexible hoses, etc. for washing of modules and gardening.
